Operation Fuel has launched its 2025 Winter Energy Assistance Program to help Connecticut residents stay warm during the cold months.
The program offers up to $500 in emergency assistance to qualifying households, helping with utility bills or fuel deliveries.
Who’s Eligible?
To qualify, applicants must:
- Earn up to 75% of the state’s median income.
- Provide income documentation (pay stubs or other proof from the last 4 weeks).
Operation Fuel also partners with Aquarion Water Company, Connecticut Water Company, and MDC to help with water bills for eligible customers.
